A Playground for Experimentation

Some of the best thinking doesn’t happen at a desk.
It happens when imagination, playfulness, curiosity, spontaneity and open-mindedness are given room to lead with a clear goal.

That’s what these sessions are for.
Spaces to explore, test, and experience together, built to be tailored to whoever’s in the room.

It can take the form of a breathwork session, changing how the body feels before changing how the mind thinks. Other times, it’s a workshop on the future of work, thought through out loud, together, before it becomes strategy. Or it can be a session where we’ll be using the Archetypes of Change to ideate around a real challenge, giving a group a shared language to think with.  And sometimes it’s simply a dinner, because good ideas don’t only show up in workshop rooms.

They can happen in one room, or across locations, bringing people together from different parts of the world just as easily as from across
the table.

Whatever the format, the spirit is about serious questions, held lightly enough that something genuinely new can emerge.

Hello! I'm Mireia

12+ years of experience as a researcher, working across industries, from tech and startups to public institutions and global organisations, to understand people’s needs, motivations and behaviours, and the evolution of those to inform innovation processes, and translate them into strategy, organisational direction and better services.

I’ve led complex international research projects and multicultural teams, providing direction for the launch and development of high-impact services, while building and mentoring professionals along the way. Think French National Railway, BBC, N26, British Science Association, Nature Publishing, among many others.

Alongside this, I teach at Tech, Design and Business Schools, speak at events, and design and run programmes for leaders and teams navigating change. I’ve also been one of the founding members of the Brighton Wellness Community.Through this work, I support people make sense of transitions, rethink how they work, and develop more intentional, sustainable ways of working and leading in complex environments.

Based in Barcelona, working worldwide.

Working in networks.
A wider circle

Some challenges need more than one perspective.

When a project calls for it, I bring in other professionals, from my own discipline or others, and we form a team built for that specific challenge, rather than a fixed one.

I also work alongside an organisation’s internal teams, so the work stays grounded in what already exists rather than sitting apart from it.

And when a challenge is better served by a different service or specialist altogether, I say so, and point you toward the right one, drawing on a network of collaborators I trust.

The right team is whatever the work actually needs.

Guiding Principles

These are the Principles that guide the work

The goal is to support change that works for the people involved, for the systems around them, and for the results that matter over time, not just in the moment.

RESPECT

For the people, the environment, and every entity involved, aiming for the best outcome for all, and above all, doing no harm to people, nature, or the systems that hold them together.

RESPONSIBILITY

For the work I do and the outcomes it creates. That means thinking beyond the immediate effect, to the second and third-order consequences that follow.

COURAGE

To challenge ideas, name what isn’t working, and rethink established ways of doing things, in service of paths that lead to more prosperous futures for everyone, not just some.

ENJOYMENT

Serious work can still be fun. Bringing lightness to complexity isn’t a distraction from the difficulty, it’s often what makes the outcome more innovative, more creative, and more valuable.
