The Oracle:
Archetypes of Change™
A playful, yet intentional, tool for individuals and teams exploring new possibilities
Created as a means to spark reflection, conversation, and bring relevant information into view.
Symbols can express what words can’t. They help us explore ideas we haven’t yet found the language for, surface things that are difficult to articulate, and create the space we need to share perspectives that might otherwise remain hidden.
Throughout history, human beings have used stories, images, concepts, and symbolism to pass on wisdom, make sense of the world, and learn from each other.
Yet in an age of information overload, constant content, rushed decisions, and pressure to deliver results quickly, we can easily overlook valuable insights that prevent unnecessary costs, and help us work more effectively.
This is where this intentional resource comes in.
It creates a space to pause for a moment, look beyond the obvious, and bring collective wisdom to the surface.
By using symbolism as a shared language, it helps teams uncover what might otherwise go unspoken, make more conscious decisions, and discover new possibilities for working together.
Think of it as a gathering of the tribe, a moment to reconnect with your collective intelligence, tap into your ancient wisdom.
The result is greater alignment, more considered decisions and teams that move forward together more effectively.
Hello! I'm Mireia
12+ years of experience as a researcher, working across industries, from tech and startups to public institutions and global organisations, to understand people’s needs, motivations and behaviours, and the evolution of those to inform innovation processes, and translate them into strategy, organisational direction and better services.
I’ve led complex international research projects and multicultural teams, providing direction for the launch and development of high-impact services, while building and mentoring professionals along the way. Think French National Railway, BBC, N26, British Science Association, Nature Publishing, among many others.
Alongside this, I teach at Tech, Design and Business Schools, speak at events, and design and run programmes for leaders and teams navigating change. I’m also a certified coach, trained in Buddhist meditation and a conscious connected breathwork facilitator, practices that inform the more embodied, reflective and experiential dimensions of my work. I’ve also been one of the founding members of the Brighton Wellness Community.
Through this work, I support people make sense of transitions, rethink how they work, and develop more intentional, sustainable ways of working and leading in complex environments.
Based in Barcelona, working worldwide.
ARCHE + TYPE
arkhé – Beginning, origin, first principle
typos – Imprint, mould, pattern, form
From the ancient Greek arkhétypos (ἀρχέτυπος), meaning “first-moulded” or “original pattern.”
An archetype is not necessarily the image itself, but the underlying pattern that the image helps us recognise. Therefore, it’s an original pattern through which something fundamental can take many different forms.
HOW TO USE THEM
While there are recommended ways to use this tool, certain moments in a project and challenges may particularly benefit from it, there is no single right way to work with it.
Think of it as a living resource, designed to evolve with you.
Adapt it to your context, shape it around your needs, and experiment with new ways of using it. Its real value lies in what you discover along the way, from new perspectives to unexpected connections, and possibilities you might not have seen before.
We invite you to make it your own, and explore what becomes possible.
Soon available to download.
For now, book a call and bring it to your projects.
